THIS BOOK IS AWESOME! This book lets you meet God where you are. Preconceived ideas are not shoved at you but I found myself wondering "how will this end?" Faith is strong and it ended in the only way it could, with God in control as He has always been. Disappointed that there is no more to follow. Read it right thru and will keep looking for more like it.

This book is one of the greatest stories I have ever read, so much so that I have read it twice. The first time I was so surprised, and exhilarated by the scope of this story, that I blistered through the entire book because I literally could not wait for to see what would happen next. The second time I read it, I was able to slow down, and appreciate the sheer expanse of this tale of the apocalypse. As an agnostic, I am fascinated by religion and I was genuinely happy that someone would dare to tell this story all the way to the explosive conclusion. It is at times hilarious, at other times terrifying, heart-breaking, and then thrilling, and then so funny, so charming, so weird... I honestly cannot recommend this enough - it is one of the best books I've read in a very long time

I loved this book. Fans of angels and demons, fantasy, and battles between good and evil will very likely enjoy this story. It’s deep and light at the same time. Plenty of action, battles, and build up, as well.
